We would like to invite you to join us for the Title VI meeting on Tuesday, October 15th, at 6:00 PM in the Cheboygan Intermediate/Middle School Library. Title VI is an Indian Education grant that our district receives to provide academic support and promote cultural awareness/education.
The Backpack program is in full swing. Inverness students are unloading a new shipment of non-perishable food to distribute to Cheboygan Area Schools students this week.
Cheboygan High School's welding students had an amazing experience today! Reps from Lincoln Electric and Purity Cylinder Gases provided them with a robotic weld training.

"Orange Shirt Day” started as a day of remembrance for Indigenous children who were separated from their families and sent to residential schools in Canada, but the event now encompasses First Nations across the United States.
Mrs. Knaffle, Mr. Mix and Mr. Wilson were guest judges for two of Mr. Yost's classes today. They were debating Federalists versus Anti-Federalists. The students were well-prepared and did a fantastic job arguing their perspectives.

What a great lab in Mrs. Brand's room today on single cell organisms. Kids did an amazing job and learned about spirogyra, a type of algae. Great work being done in the Science department!
