Cheboygan Area Schools is pleased to offer School of Choice for non-resident students who qualify. The State Aid Act allows districts to enroll non-resident students through Section 105 and Section 105c.

Section 105 permits local school districts to enroll students who reside in other local school districts within the Cheboygan-Otsego-Presque Isle Educational Service District.

Section 105c allows enrollment of students who reside in intermediate school districts contiguous to the Cheboygan-Otsego-Presque Isle Educational Service District. This would include Eastern Upper Peninsula ISD, Charlevoix-Emmet ISD, Traverse Bay Area ISD, C.O.O.R. ISD, and Alpena-Montmorency ESD.
