After stopping in to read to Mrs. Hall's class, and celebrate March is National Reading Month, Mr. Tamlyn stopped by Mrs. Coleman's classroom.

I wanted to send a BIG thank you to everyone involved in making this mornings "Business Before Hours" a huge success! We had over 25 attendee's that participated in the tour this morning. Good stuff...Go Chiefs!

CIS is celebrating March Madness and March reading Month by decorating their classrooms doors! Awesome creativity!

FYI - The meeting location tomorrow morning, @7:30am, will be the Drift Inn. Please park behind the HS gym so that we do not block the Bus drop-off area in the morning. And, please enter through door D3.

Our next opportunity to bridge business and schools will be this Friday morning, Business Before Hours, with the Chamber of Commerce. We will start at 7:30am in the HS cafeteria, please enter through the HS auditorium doors. After a brief social the cafeteria, we will tour the newest and latest additions to the HS; Fitness Center, CTE wing, HS Bookstore, Etc. What's good for schools...is good for business!

FYI - The Girls Bowling Team will be led by police escort from the Eagles parking lot at 10:00am this morning! From the Eagles, the team will drive through town and up and through the HS/MS parking lots. On their way out of town, they will drive by Inverness as well. Go Lady Chiefs!

Due to the weather, our Love and Logic session will be cancelled this evening and rescheduled for Wednesday, March 20th.

Due to icy road conditions and freezing rain, CAS schools will be closed today, Wednesday.

Girls Bowling took 1st in Regionals! The team will leave for the State competition Thursday morning @ 10am. The competition will be hosted in Jackson on Friday. Stay tuned for send off details and info soon. Go Chiefs!

Leadership Cheboygan is starting a NEW Leadership cohort. If interested in joining and learning leadership skills and participate in future civic roles, we are looking for 3-4 more candidates to fill this year's class cohort. Please contact Carole Yeck directly, at the office, if interested.

Reminder, Session 3 of our Love&Logic parent program is tonight starting at 5:30, in the CIS Library. Food and Babysitting will be available for those that Attend.
